Electronic Financial Assessments

This integrated solution provides a one stop assessment process for Fairer Charging (domiciliary) assessments and CRAG (residential) assessments. In live use since April 2003 the system is now in wide use across diverse council types from London Boroughs to County Councils. Developed into a comprehensive solution as one of the Project NOMAD proof of concept projects the system is highly configurable; this has enabled it to mirror very different ways of working, especially in the area of Fairer Charging assessments where working practices are very varied.

Four councils that have purchased the solution have Joint Teams and so the system is being extended to cover the additional needs of these teams (see Revenues and Benefits for an illustration of this).
