Financial Assessments
This integrated solution provides a one stop assessment process for Fairer Charging (domiciliary) assessments and CRAG (residential) assessments.
The system delivers major benefits in service quality plus cashable and non-cashable savings. However, a key purchase consideration is that Visiting Officers have consistently embraced the system because it works the way they want to work, which is vitally important when they are meeting clients.
All our councils have different local assessment rules and rates, different working practices and assessment letters, yet Fascia accommodates them all. This is an excellent example of how our Fascia mobile working environment provides a high degree of configurability with the support costs and sustainability of a packaged product.

Revenues and Benefits:
This solution enables Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit Claim forms to be completed efficiently, especially when used with our Financial Assessment solution. In addition, we have developed forms supporting Benefit Entitlement Verification visits by council officers.
Building Control:
This solution supports Building Control Officers in a range of on site tasks.
DWP Benefit Claims
This solution enables DWP Benefit Claim forms to be completed efficiently, especially when used with our Financial Assessment solution. During a Financial Assessment visit, the Visiting Officer is often able to identify benefits that their clients may be entitled to. By using the data collected during the Financial Assessment a significant amount of the required data can be automatically populated into each claim form with successive forms requiring less and less data collection.
The data is validated on entry, thus reducing errors & rejections when submitted to the DWP Processing centres.
The DWP Benefit Claims solution can be used on a standalone basis or integrated with our Financial Assessments solution.
